Inventory

An annotated inventory of all Wider Caribbean-related marine assessments is being developed to enable participants to review and evaluate assessments both prior to and during the Workshop.  This Inventory will represent the Wider Caribbean “bibliography” for the World Ocean Assessment.  Experts selected to draft the first WOA report will refer to the content of the Inventory when drawing conclusions about the regional state of the marine environment, including socioeconomics aspects.  Thus, the more comprehensive the Inventory, the greater the potential that the first World Ocean Assessment will be legitimate, credible and relevant.
